Jackson’s will be open and serving Father’s Day brunch on Sunday, June 15, from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The brunch menu is fixed price, $32 per person, and will feature a choice of appetizer and entrée. In addition, all Dads will receive a complimentary bloody mary.
Appetizer selections include: fresh fruit and assorted berry parfait, baked Gulf coast oysters Bienville gratin and Jackson’s Caesar salad.
Entrée selections include: steakhouse eggs Benedict with thin-sliced rib eye, English muffins, poached eggs and béarnaise; boneless lamb loin noisettes with roast garlic and demi-glace; 6-oz. aged petite filet with roast garlic and demi-glace; 6-oz. aged petite grass-fed rib-eye log with garlic confit and demi-glace; veal and eggplant Parmesan with “Sunday tomato gravy”; 14-oz. Jackson’s house-spice-rubbed and slow-cooked prime rib, sliced and served with au jus; grilled fresh Gulf catch of the day, pecan-wood fired, with balsamic-dressed field salad, roasted sweet pepper relish and pesto sauce.
All entrees are served with grilled asparagus and stone-ground cheddar cheese grits.
Jackson’s Steakhouse is open for lunch service Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cocktail service begins at 5 p.m. with dinner at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
