The Aviation
Ingredients:
2 oz of a good London Dry Gin (Plymouth is one of my favorites)
½ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
½ oz maraschino liqueur
¼ oz crème de violette
Instructions:
Chill a martini glass
Into a cocktail shaker filled with ice pour the mixed ingredients
Shake and strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry
