Come join us at The Fish House to celebrate the Fourth of July. We will be open for walk-in dining, serving from our standard dinner menu all evening.

In addition, on the Harborview Deck at Atlas Oyster House, we will be offering our special four-course food and wine event. Each table will have waterfront seating overlooking Pensacola Bay. Fireworks begin at 9:00 p.m. The table reservations are for 7:00 p.m. and will be yours for the evening.

The food and wine dinner menu is as follows:

Appetizer – Choice of

Truffle tots featuring house-made smoked gouda tater tots, white truffle oil, roasted garlic aioli, pecorino Romano

Smoky barbeque lamb ribs with Colorado lamb, bourbon barbeque, house bread and butter pickles, chili crunch

Crunchy California roll with local lump crab salad, cucumber, avocado inside, panko crunchies and creamy chili-miso dressing on top

Watermelon Caprese featuring Florida watermelon, burrata, heirloom tomato, fresh basil, Shoreline olive oil, balsamic reduction, pecorino crisp

Lobster Cobb with Maine lobster salad, Applewood bacon, hard-cooked egg, avocado, charred corn relish, Pont Reyes blue cheese, baby gem lettuce, green goddess dressing

Cedar Key clam chowder with local littleneck clams steamed in white wine, Applewood bacon, potatoes, sherry cream, fresh thyme, oyster crackers

Andouille-crusted redfish featuring local redfish filet, andouille sausage crust, Louisiana crawfish mac and cheese, chayote squash and local corn succotash, crawfish aioli

The Firecracker- blueberry ricotta cake with strawberry mousse, raspberry sorbet, chocolate quinoa crunch bar, currant melba sauce, crystallized mint leaf

Bottle Rocket- bourbon pecan cake with crème brûlée filling, orange icing, mocha velvet cream, smoked cocoa nib truffle, salted caramel sauce, maraschino cherry

For the special food and wine dinner, the price per person is $125, which includes four food courses and four wines as well as reserved parking (does not include tax and gratuity). Please note, vintages are subject to change.
