A Celebration of Truffles & Piedmont Wines at Angelena’s: A Food and Wine Event

Once again, Angelena’s is pleased to offer a special dinner celebrating truffles. The dinner will be held in the main dining room on Thursday, January 5th at 6:00 p.m.


Savor the last of the season’s truffles and the best wines of the Piedmont region with Chef James Briscione and Wine Director, Brooke Parkhurst. Michael Fix, of Winebow Fine Wine & Spirits, will share his extensive knowledge of Piemontese wines. Event cost is $300 per person (all inclusive).



Carne Crudo Toscana
Tuscan-style beef tartar and black truffle


Poached lobster, local orange, radicchio, black truffle vinaigrette

Paired with Bibi Graetz Bollamatta Sparkling Rosé



Soft-poached egg, cauliflower, Parmigiano Reggiano, truffle brown butter

Paired with Zyme II Bianco “Black to White” White Valpolicella


Gnocchetti al Tartufo

Handmade gnocchettii, truffle fonduta

Paired with Sandrone Nebbiolo Valmaggiore
