An Evening with Ornellaia at Angelena’s: A Food and Wine Event

Angelena’s is pleased to offer the next installment of their Supper Club series. The February event will celebrate the special wines of Ornellaia. The dinner will be held in the main dining room on Thursday, February 25 at 6:00 p.m.


Wine Director Brooke Parkhurst and Chef James Briscione, with the help of the Florida director of sales for Vintus wines, Brian Bergeron, will present a night of food and wine pairings as well as impart the love, knowledge, and history that comes from one of Italy’s premier wineries, Ornellaia. Located on the Tuscan coast, Ornellaia has been growing and producing Italy’s leading Bordeaux-style red wines for the past thirty years. The menu for the evening is as follows:



Doppio Ravioli: Braised short rib and truffled parmesan filling paired generic clonazepam pictures with Le Volte dell’Ornellaia, 2018



Pan Seared Chesapeake Bay Scallops: Celery root, king trumpet mushroom, bacon jus paired with Le Serre Nuove dell’Ornellaia, 2018



Bistecca Fiorentina: Porcini-rubbed ribeye, oxtail ragu, parmesan and truffle aligoté paired with Ornellaia, 2017



Tartufo: Vanilla gelato, maraschino cherry, chocolate ganache
