A Celebration of the Amalfi Coast at Angelena’s: A Food and Wine Event

Angelena’s is pleased to offer a special dinner celebrating the Amalfi Coast. The dinner will be held in the Garden Room and will be offered on two different evenings: Tuesday, July 21st and Wednesday, July 22nd, both at 6:00 p.m.

 

Chef James Briscione will present a selection of welcoming aperitivos followed by a four-course dinner that will feature Amalfi Coast favorites. In addition, wine pairings will be offered as selected by Wine Director Brooke Parkhurst. The menu for the evening is as follows:

 

Antipasti

Mozzarella en Carrozza

Fresh mozzarella, focaccia

 

Primo

Pasta Nero e Cozze

Squid ink pasta, mussels

 

Secondo

Oven-Roasted Snapper alla Sorrentina

Tomato, lemon, olive oil

 

Contorno

New Potatoes with Spinach, Pickled Raisins, Chilis

 

Dolce

Pear and Ricotta Cake

Hazelnut, ricotta, lemon

 

Price for the dinner is $70 per person excluding tax and gratuity. Optional wine pairings are available for an additional $30 excluding tax and gratuity. Seating for the Celebration of the Amalfi Coast dinner is limited; reservations are required and can be made by calling 850.542.8398.
