Housed in a historic 1912 building in the heart of downtown Pensacola, Palafox House is a wonderful example of early 20th-century architecture. Palafox House is available as a rental venue for all types of events; rehearsal dinners, corporate gatherings, bridal luncheons, holiday parties, birthday celebrations — the list is endless.

Completed in 1832, Old Christ Church is one of the oldest surviving church buildings in Florida, serving the Pensacola community as an Episcopal Church, public library and museum. The building was also occupied by federal troops during the Civil War. Today, it is a popular stop on the guided tour and continues to serve the public as a museum, special events venue and meeting hall as well as hosting weddings. Old Christ Church is part of the University of West Floridas Historic Trust and is managed by Great Southern Management.

The circa 1825 Barkley House, located on Pensacola Bay, is the oldest surviving example of a high-house in the city. Because of its beautiful grounds and spectacular view, it is popular for outdoor weddings and receptions. Barkley House is available as a rental venue for all types of events; rehearsal dinners, corporate gatherings, bridal luncheons, holiday parties, reunions, birthday celebrations and all other types of events. South of Seville Square, this small park has a decorative fountain, donated by the Fleming family, highlighting various scenes of Pensacola. Back in the late 1800s, this park was a residential area, with small shotgun houses lining the street. Throughout the decades, these houses eventually were moved or demolished and by the 1980s was transformed into a park. Fountain Park is a wonderful space that is the location of many downtown festivals and special events. Fountain Park is part of the University of West Floridas Historic Trust and is managed by Great Southern Management.

The Bait Shop is a private dining room located at the southern end of the Seville Harbour complex. The room is appointed with stylish antique furniture, offering a comfortable and prestigious place to hold meetings and special dinners for your company or for family occasions. Custom-built exotic Lyptus wood wine racks line the wall and create an atmosphere of a private wine cellar. A private lavatory is also available for guests using this room. The view is of the Deck Bar and Pensacola Bay.

The Sushi Room, adjacent to the main Fish House dining room, can be booked for private events. The room features a 1300-gallon tropical fish aquarium and a beautiful view of Pensacola Bay. This room has capabilities for numerous events including presentations, meetings, luncheons and dinners.

The Deck Bar boasts 3,500 square feet of waterfront entertainment space. It can accommodate up to 500 people for any event. It has a bandstand, dance floor, fire pit, and plenty of seating. It is the perfect location for a wedding reception, winging, or class reunion. It offers live music nightly.

The Captain’s Room is decorated with a classic nautical theme. A private lavatory is also available for guests using this room. The view is of the Seville Harbor, The Deck, and Pensacola Bay. The Harbor View Deck, located outside of Atlas Oyster House, has beautiful views of Seville Harbor and Pensacola Bay. It also has steps that lead to Bartram Park, one of Pensacola’s best wedding locations. Many guests have their ceremony in the park and walk over to the Harbor View Deck for their reception.

The Pilot House, named after our world-famous Blue Angels, is perfect for a sit-down dinner for up to 30 guests or a cocktail style events for 50 people or more. It has beautiful high ceilings and an urban loft-like feel. Located above the Atlas Oyster House, the Pilot House is a great open-air space that can be transformed for any style event. It has a private bathroom and balcony. The space has a great side room perfect for hosting dual meetings if need be. The private space offers a wonderful view of Seville Harbor and the main area is decorated with new and vintage Blue Angels memorabilia.

The private dining room, known as the Governor’s Room, is perfect for a more intimate evening or for audiovisual and guest-speaker programs. It seats up to 50 guests for dinner and accommodates up to 65 for a reception. The room overlooks historic Ferdinand Plaza in downtown Pensacola. In addition, the room features handcrafted lighting, a beautiful still life painting as well as the restaurants’ wine cellar.
