Chef Irv Miller of Jackson’s Steakhouse Releases New Cookbook with Debut Signing Event

Jackson’s Steakhouse is proud to announce the release of our own Executive Chef Irv Miller’s second cookbook, Gulf Coast Oysters: Classic & Modern Recipes of a Southern Renaissance published by Spring House Press. Jackson’s will host an official launch party and book signing 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Sunday, September 30, at Jackson’s, 400 South Palafox, Downtown, Pensacola, Florida. Come meet and greet with Chef Irv Miller at Jackson’s, where he will have the limited-edition hardback cookbooks available for purchase and signing. The event is free and open to the public.
