Celebrate Father’s Day at Jackson’s Steakhouse

Jackson’s will be open and serving Father’s Day brunch on Sunday, June 19, 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The brunch menu is fixed price, $32 per person, and will feature a choice of appetizer and entrée. In addition, all Dads will receive a complimentary bloody mary.

Appetizer selections include: brioche french toast with honey pecans, fresh berries, and blueberry maple syrup; lobster bisque with Brie croustade and green onions; a local greens salad featuring grilled spring onions, baby carrots, roasted squash, garlic and sherry vinaigrette; or Moroccan-style grilled chicken wings tossed with tupelo honey, harissa, and cilantro.

Entrée selections include: house-roasted pulled pork and soft poached eggs with

Southwest spices, charred tomatillo salsa verde, goat cheese, seasonal vegetable, and stone-ground white rice grits; Irv’s fried chicken and waffles with bourbon and sorghum maple syrup, Florida slaw, and stone-ground white rice; steakhouse beef bourgogne en croute featuring slow-braised beef tips, red wine, carrots, pearl onions, fresh thyme, and mushrooms in puff pastry; grilled gulf-to-table catch of the day served with roasted poblano aioli, chipotle pico de gallo, seasonal vegetable, and stone-ground white rice grits; risotto with gulf shrimp and boudin balls with creamy Arborio rice, tasso, spinach, enriched broth, and Big John’s Cajun cheese; and14-ounce prime rib, seasonal vegetable, stone-ground white rice grits and au jus.

Jackson’s Steakhouse is open for lunch service Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to

2 p.m. Cocktail service begins at 5 p.m. with dinner at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
