  • Jazz at Jackson’s: Ellen Sings with Bobby van Deusen

    Join us at Jackson’s Steakhouse on Thursday, September 8, for our latest installment of “Jazz at Jackson’s.”The featured performers for the evening are vocalist Ellen Vinson accompanied by noted pianist Bobby van Deusen. Together, they will present a program featuring many jazz standards of songs by composers with enduring popularity highlighting the American Songbook. In addition, they will perform a number of Broadway favorites.

  • Toast of the Coasts: A Food and Beverage Series

    Toasts of the Coasts: A Food and Beverage Series Join us for our 5th Annual Toasts of the Coasts Food and Beverage events at the Fish House! This series of wine dinners will feature master sommeliers, vintners and distillers showcasing stellar selections from around the world. Each event will highlight a selection of three beverages paired with a four-course meal as presented by Chef Billy Ballou of the Fish House. In addition, each guest speaker will have door prizes and giveaways. According to Steve Eskridge, Great Southern Restaurants’ Director of Operations, “This series showcases the best in class, all the while highlighting special products from around the world. These dinners present a wonderful opportunity for an up-close-and-personal beverage education experience with some of the best!”

  • A.B.C. Beverage Tastings

    Atlas Oyster House is proud to present our next installment of Atlas Beverage Classes (A.B.C.). This semester we will be focusing on handcrafted beers as well as two spirit brands. In addition to the beverage tasting, we will also be featuring small plates, paired with each featured beverage, as prepared by Fish House Chef Billy Ballou.

  • Cooking Demonstrations and Wine Pairings at Jackson’s Steakhouse

    Join Chef Irv Miller of Jackson’s Steakhouse as he leads a series of cooking classes on the third Wednesday of each month. Classes cover everything from shopping to preparation to presentation. Two classes are scheduled for each month. The first class begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. and ends at 6:30 p.m. The second class begins at 7:30 p.m. and concludes at 9:00 p.m. Each class costs $45 per person, which covers the cooking demonstration, tastings of the food, wine pairings, and a take-home recipe booklet so you can try your hand at Miller’s recipes in the comfort of your own home.
