In honor of the University of West Florida’s Winter Commencement, Saturday, December 13, Jackson’s Steakhouse will be open and serving lunch 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Join Chef Irv Miller of Jackson’s Steakhouse as he leads a series of cooking classes on the third* Wednesday of each month. (*March 2015 will be the 4th Wednesday.) Classes cover everything from shopping to preparation to presentation. Two classes are scheduled for each month (on Wednesdays).

This semester we will be focusing on handcrafted beers as well as featured spirit brands and our newest addition — cocktails with Josh Goldman, our very own beverage director. In addition to the beverage tasting, we will be featuring small plates paired with each featured beverage, as prepared by Fish House Chef Billy Ballou.
